Pavillion is a well established Payroll services company with offices throughout the UK. Our head office and main payroll services department is based in Manchester City Centre. We currently pay thousands of self employed contractors throughout the country on a weekly basis on behalf of many Recruitment Agencies and Construction Companies.

Since the Government changed legislation in April 2007 regarding Managed Serviced Companies; it was deemed no longer a valid method of payment to the individual contractor. Pavillion has taken the change in legislation as a perfect opportunity to specialise in two main types of payroll, the CIS method (Construction Industry Scheme) and the Umbrella/PAYE method.
